2. Providing this website
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites. OpenAI processes visitor data on our behalf where necessary for hosting, operation, security and troubleshooting. The technical infrastructure includes Cloudflare’s content delivery network. Accessing the website involves processing technically necessary connection data, which may include your IP address, time of access, requested address, browser, operating system and request status. This serves delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is a secure, functioning website.
Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for operation, security and troubleshooting, or as required by law. OpenAI Sites currently offers no fixed data residency. Data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the safeguards provided in the applicable agreement and data processing addendum, particularly standard contractual clauses, are used.

3. Contact by email or phone
If you contact me, I process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Project and contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is responding to your enquiry. Data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Email links open your own email application. This website does not operate a contact form.
4. Vimeo and YouTube videos
The website includes optional Vimeo and YouTube players. Before you expressly choose to load a player, no player is loaded and the video component establishes no connection to the video provider. Poster images are served from the same website as the other images.
Choosing to load a Vimeo or YouTube player gives consent to embedding that video. The provider then receives information including your IP address and browser information. It may store or read information on your device and process data outside the EU. Embedding is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent is not permanently stored in your browser. You can stop the embedding using “Unload player & withdraw consent”. This does not retroactively delete data already transmitted.
Vimeo is embedded with the “dnt=1” parameter; YouTube uses youtube-nocookie.com. These settings do not replace consent and do not mean that no personal data is processed after loading.

5. Fonts, analytics and the protected editor
The Instrument Sans font is loaded locally from this web server. This creates no connection to Google Fonts or another font provider. The public portfolio includes no analytics or marketing trackers and no social media widgets. The website itself stores no analytics cookies in the public portfolio. There is therefore no general cookie banner; optional video services are enabled directly at each player.
The portfolio editor, intended solely for the owner, uses sign-in with the existing ChatGPT account. An account identifier and email address are processed to verify access. This sign-in does not concern ordinary website visitors.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For private businesses in Bavaria, the authority generally responsible is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision: www.lda.bayern.de.
